The minimum deposit on pakgems is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment processor — JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically reflected within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to two business hours. pakgems reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is determined to have originated from a payment method not registered in the player's name.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same account, or to a verified account held in the player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's clearing times. pakgems will make every reasonable effort to process approved withdrawals promptly.
AML Note: pakgems is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored by our compliance systems.
pakgems offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are ringfenced from your real-money balance and may not be withdrawn directly.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. All bonuses and associated wagering requirements carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified timeframe, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited automatically. The remaining real-money balance is not affected by bonus expiry.
pakgems employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: betting patterns that constitute low-risk wagering designed to satisfy requirements without genuine gaming risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, and systematic exploitation of bonus structures. Where abuse is detected, pakgems reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and suspend or close the player's account.
All games available on the pakgems Platform — including sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, and fishing titles — are governed by the individual game rules applicable to each product, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
pakgems offers a comprehensive cricket betting market covering PSL fixtures, international bilateral series, T20 World Cup events, Asia Cup competitions, and other major tournaments. Bet settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In-play bets placed after the outcome of the market has been determined — due to data feed delay or any other technical reason — will be voided.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or within the game interface. pakgems reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice, and to impose individual player limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the result of the round at the point of disconnection will be determined by the platform's server-side records. Where a malfunction prevents a fair result from being determined, the relevant round will be voided and stakes returned to the player. pakgems's decision on game malfunctions is final.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, pakgems's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
